I was born in Russia and moved to the United States in 2002 with a small suitcase, $200 US, and a dream. While working in downtown Cleveland's bustling restaurant-industry, I earned a Bachelor Degree from Cleveland State University's Nance College of Business Administration (BBA, Management and Labor Relations, awarded Magna Cum Laude).

Combining my education and collegiate accolades, I have been essential in growing a home-grown Cleveland restaurant-franchise as its acting Director of Human Resources and partner. With over 130 staff members, I have created a company culture that combines nurture with professionalism and passion.

With a focus on a balanced lifestyle, I have found a joy in long-distance running. Struggling with my first 5K in Middleburg Heights only a few years ago, I quickly escalated to Cleveland's 1/2 Marathon once… then twice.. then, soon after, found myself running a full Marathon in Athens, Greece. After returning to Cleveland victoriously, I challenged herself further; Running a 50K Ultra-Marathon and a 48 miles in 48 hours (4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours).
