I’m a former “Happiness Engineer" in Silicon Valley who quit my job to backpack solo around the world for 1-1/2 years to cultivate my own self-love and compassion. After backpacking, poems started waking me up in the middle of the night and would flow out in 5-10 minutes. This happened more and more frequently until I’d amassed a collection of poems on self-love that I published last year in my book, “Loving Yourself Into Being”.

I crave exponential growth and perpetually follow Love, especially self-love, as my North Star. When I’m not writing, you can find me dancing, singing, traveling, teaching fitness classes, or unmasking miracles hidden in plain sight.
