The Cook Shop Seasoning Blends come in two flavors. Creole and Cajun. The Creole has a tomato base and the Cajun has a Louisiana holy trinity base (onion, bell pepper and celery). They’re plant based and low sodium. We believe that sand belongs on the beach, not in your food, so The Cook Shop does not include silicon dioxide or other anti caking agents. My mission is to bring the family back to the table by providing healthy, easy to use options that create optimum dining experiences. You don’t have to spend the additional time it takes to chop vegetables and herbs or worry that you added too much of a particular spice.
