Bio

As a business lawyer, I help technology companies navigate through their entire lifecycle: from formation to organization, financing, business operations and liquidity events. I also own a floatation tank center. Those two businesses intersect where spirit expresses through the human experience.

As a business lawyer for over 30 years I have found that most of the things that trip us up in our personal and business endeavors have their origin in our own thoughts, especially those thoughts we put in place before the age of four. This is the human experience.

Floatation experience in profound isolation from external stimulation is a way to access and facilitate modification of that early programming so that you can more freely express who you really are.
I spend part of my time providing my clients with a language and tools they can use to get that done.

My float center is known as Quantum Floats and I am in the process of building a new center that will be one of the largest on the east coast.
