Ultimately, I find the most pleasure in empowering others to be their fullest selves. I’m only able to accomplish this by being my most full self and thus I am a constant student, working on myself and learning from the community around me. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Oakland, CA. I specialize in treating individuals, couples and families. I also own a youth competitive dance studio, Heat ( Health. Education Art and Therapy) Danceline which is a non profit aimed at empowering the youth to be their best most well rounded selves. I am the mother of two beautiful brilliant daughters.
