Welcome to Why Weight! 🏋️♂️ This is a JUDGEMENT-FREE zone and we host a room on MWF called “Positivity+” between the times of 2pm-5pm EST. ✨
This is an accountability group to discuss various topics regarding weight loss, weight gain, mindful eating, fitness and mental health.

✨Hosting a room is OPEN TO ALL; we just ask you to please be mindful of the club rules as we want to keep the option of hosting available to all! When hosting a room, if the founders happen to pop in and join, it is required they are given mod badges (as security to the club).
