I have two jobs

🧱 As the founder of Tutroom, I’m building a homework as a service ed-tech non-profit startup that sets, marks and analyses students’ homework and, in turn, provides teachers with insights into class performance, giving them space to flip the classroom and encourage peer to peer collaboration. We partner with schools and offer the service to them for free. We partner with corporates and get them to pay to help them align them to SDG-4 per their CSI.

🛎 As a Service/Business Design Consultant @Fjord/Accenture Interactive, I help companies imagine new businesses and services and de-risk their go-to-market by employing human-centred design methods from the get-go.

⛓ Service designers are the glue that holds customer desirability, business viability and technological feasibility together.

I have professional interests

💵 I’m interested in fin-tech’s role in enabling financial inclusivity and ultimately democratizing access to products and services

🎨 I’m interested in the creator economy’s role in helping individuals monetize their USP

🛴 I’m interested in mobility and the trend towards there being a fleet of autonomous vehicles that ultimately democratizes ease of movement

🧠 I’m interested in behaviorists — anthropologists, psychologists and sociologists — and how their view points bleed into the realm of experience design.
