Dr. Khai-Chew CHAN holds a Bachelor degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne. His determination to achieve his dream elevated him from an average student in Malaysia to be the top 5% of his diploma course in Singapore.
After been through several setbacks in his life below, he realized the importance of mindset shift to become a high performance and success in achieving goals. He
decided to coach other people how they, too, can do it.
• The grit to achieve his personal best timing in a full marathon of under 4 hours despite having severe lower back injury prior to that
• Two years after the marathon, he suffered from a major retina detachment and undergo two rounds of eye surgeries, leaving him a distorted vision to date.
Defying the odds, time and again, he learned, applied his experience in shifting mindset and bounced back in his life.
Khai-Chew has been a trainer throughout his career to colleagues and clients, namely NUS, National Cancer Centre, GlaxoSmithKline, universities, and institutes in the region. He has been giving presentations in companies including Novartis, and conferences held locally in NUS and A-Star as well as talks related to personal development. He has also given classes related to the mindset and importance of human behavior in communication to students in Junior College.
