There is power in numbers, let's be vulnerable in sharing those experiences and supportive in exchanging ideas about how to get through those times.

Self-Doubt Can Limit Your Business Potential

NBC News published an article on low self-esteem and they said, “One of the main obstacles to financial success is low self-confidence. The article also mentioned a study “that shows individuals who are from blue-collar families and possess self-confidence earn roughly $7,000 more per year than their peers who have low self-esteem. In white-collar classes, the gap is even larger. Those with high self-esteem earn approximately $28,000 more annually than those who lack confidence. Over a 40-year career, that adds up to $280,000 to $1.12 million in lost earnings.”

How many jobs did we miss because we didn’t feel qualified enough to apply? How many project teams went without our valuable input because we were afraid to volunteer? How many ideas didn’t we share because we doubted it’s value? Are you answering yes to any of these questions?
