A SHORT STORY:

In 2013, the Emerging Technologies and the disruption they were causing, sparked our “pivot” from Architecture to Technology. Based on the Government’s opening towards Mixed Capital Investments (public and private) to undertake urban problems, we started to develop projects with short/medium execution time, to invite National or International Investors to participate.

We currently have: 1) “The UZIEL Project”. A Public Network of Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles; roofed with Solar Panels, our Prize-winner Project at the 2019 “Miami Smart City Conference & Competition”. 2) “The QUADREX Module”, an Affordable Housing Project with “Evolving” units designed to grow with an Auto-Construction Program. With an attractive ROI & Exit Strategy, these two Projects are soon to be opened to potential Private Capitals in partnership with Municipal Capitals.
