🧘‍♀️I’m a certified holistic health coach and yoga instructor (but TBH I haven’t taught regularly since having my daughter 🙈)

🥗 Diet and lifestyle changes are a huge part of how I cracked the code to my autoimmune issues. I maintain a super strict diet (8+ years now!) to thrive with psoriatic disease

👩‍🦽I was on disability for 4 years and wasn’t sure I’d ever walk again unassisted because of my AVN. I ended up having a Regenexx stem cell procedure that saved my life and got me back to walking and living

🤪 If I’m not working to empower the patient voice, you can find me jamming out to Celine Dion (or Cocomelon), attempting to fit in a yoga sesh between 2 crying kids, or trying a new recipe for dinner.
