Teacher Training
I have lead ‘The Outstanding Teachers Programme’ & ‘The Improving Teacher’s Programme’ across the Local Authority for 6 years.
I am very passionate about developing & supporting teachers in improving their practice in the classroom. I mentor and support anyone starting out in education and those who are looking to progress into Senior Leadership. Sucess story - 2018 I turned around a failing Music Department which had 0% A*-C in 2017. To then achieving 89% A*-C within a Year.
