My philosophy is that when values, thoughts, words, feelings and actions are in alignment, a person becomes focused, their character is strengthened and as leaders they lead themselves and others successfully.

Also volunteer for the Butterfly Dreamz Inc. In Newark NJ, where I serve as  a Leadership Coach. I mentor two (Middle School and High School girls) and through coaching and mentoring sessions I help them grow and develop into women who achieve their dreams and develop their leadership skills.
