The Podcast “Life in training”- will follow the Journey of my three-year-old daughter and I as we try to answer the age-old question, “what do you want to be when you grow up”? Through brainstorming sessions with her, I tease out topics of interest & career paths she might want to follow. Find masters of their craft in that field or subject and interview them. Learn more about how they grew up and how that affected their career path (almost a nature vs. nurture conversation). Of course, end each episode where the guest can promote any number of items; books, E-course, etc., but I’d also like to end with an actionable takeaway. I’d like to have each guest suggest an activity, purchase, lesson, anything that is something tangible my daughter and I (also listeners) can go out and do together. I’d like this to be from their childhoods, something they did with their parents or wish they would have done. The thing that pushed them down their path that lead them to where they are today.
