Bio

I am a Canadian guitarist/singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist/author/teacher

I’m originally from Toronto, Canada. I have two solo albums to my credit, A Different River (available on iTunes) and, my latest, esirnuS nI esreveR (Sunrise In Reverse) (available on Bandcamp). I have also written two books, a children’s book called The Why-Not-Ceros, about a father rhinoceros and his child who loves to ask him questions about everything, and A Child’s Christmas In Scarborough, a personal take to the Dylan Thomas classic.

I am an early childhood music teacher. I teach a program called Music Together.

I am a folk musician playing primarily acoustic guitar and I also play mandolin and banjo. It’s kind of a hobby to discover and learn stringed instruments from around the world. The music I make has been called “progressive folk” and “country soul”. I periodically upload videos of the music I make on YouTube. Please check it out! I was raised Catholic and now I practice Sōtō Zen Buddhism. I am interested in spirituality, philosophy, and space.
