— MY STORY & WHY I DO WHAT I DO —

Grew up in a middle-class family. Studied Computer Science In University but I was always passionate in business and investments.

Upon graduation, pursued my dream in finance by joining the financial industry in Singapore as an independent financial advisor.

Came back to Malaysia at 25 and started my first business selling precious metals online. Focused on alternative investments and financial education and grew the business to USD30 million annual revenue on the 4th year. During that time, as a financial educator, I had the privilege to speak in the regions largest financial conferences with the likes of Robert Kiyosaki, Richard Duncan, Mary Buffett, Robert G.Allen and many more.

At age 30, I went through the biggest crisis in business and life. That made me realise that it’s tough to be an entrepreneur leader who is feeling lost. It doesn’t only affect the entrepreneur, but his/her family and his/her employees and their families too. It was a very lonely and depressing period of my life. That spurred me the idea to create an entrepreneurs education community with visionary entrepreneurs who wants to give back to coach and mentor small businesses.

I believe that if we can change an entrepreneurs life, we are not only changing his/her life, but his/her family’s lives, employees and the employees families lives too.

To date, Owners Circle have close to 500 small business owners across the ASEAN region, with majority of them in Malaysia.

What’s next? I believe that entrepreneurs are the ones who can change the world. And when a group of entrepreneurs come together, we can create a new world.

I also believe that the ones who are small, agile and fast are the ones who can win in the new economy.
