➡️ With over 22 years retail experience in a competitive and specialised retail environment I was instrumental in taking a small family run business from 1 store to 30 and two eCommerce platforms. 🙌

➡️ My approach has always been to be customer and staff focused and the significant growth was down to a commitment to “do things right.” 👌

➡️ I couldn’t do it alone though. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦👩‍👩‍👦‍👦. I was supported by a motivated, well trained and focused specialist team who believed in what they did (I would say that wouldn’t I 😉).

➡️ I have always believe that for anyone to realise their full potential, they need to be encouraged and positively supported. It is only through their hard work and clear vision that they can achieve their goals and I have always encouraged that. 💪. It’s down to them to deliver, I am only there to guide and support them in their journey.

➡️ Through developing a positive environment for growth I believe that personal and professional growth can be achieved if you know WHY you do what you do and commit to it❓🤔 🤜🤛
