Bio

I'm the founder of CoRoster, our solution intelligently adapts rostering to employer and employee needs. We fairly allocate shifts, reducing burnout and staff turnover in high pressure environments.

I'm a supporter of all things startup through Melbourne Silicon Beach and lecturer at The Founder Institute. I have 25 years of IT Ops and Product Management experience in Government, Fintech and Big Data.

As a founder I worked across the whole SDLC from identifying problems, UX, Analysis, dev and testing as well as business needs including legals, finance, funding and people management. I love the view from 40,000 feet and setting up processes so I don't have to stay in the weeds.

I'm fascinated about motivational theory and finding the right way to reward people and love discussing anything to do with building and motivating teams. The interface between people and technology is my happy place.
