Born in Saigon, grew up in Orange County. Made my name in NYC where I help Open Up acclaimed Hanoi House. After that I wanted to be closer to Asia so I accepted a position with Black Sheep to Run Chôm Chôm and eventually I help Open up Xuan in Wanchai.
