"I didn't know how to make a circle skirt when I first started in fashion", world-famous designer Tom Ford quoted during an interview for CNBC. And from that day, Johannis Ariff knew that his passion for fashion since his childhood can actually become reality through determination. The most impactful moment for him in fashion was his late grandfather that worked as a school principal and his white short pants. He found the pants in his late grandfather’s wardrobe and he adored the pants so much that it impacted his inner passion. He was brought up for 5 years at a boarding school with Science background then 4 years at a famous local university with English Language major. He always love language but fashion because these two mediums are a good platform to communicate. He believes that language and fashion can be combined to deliver certain messages. He loves people who know what they are doing with a good mixture of excellent personal style. With that, he has a vision to integrate intelligent and style in his brand JOHANNIS ARIFF.
