Currently a Project Manager full time, using the funds saved brought my first project @ £187.5k, invested £40k for back to brick refurb with a resell value of £260-270k (£30-40k profit after fees - up to 1️⃣5️⃣% return)

Having previously secured a bank investment to start a catering company, and other small income streams in between, finally started a bigger business: a Property Management & Maintenance company with an experienced man in the game to improve on the competition benefitting both landlords and tenants alike, whilst also growing funds for future purchases.

To compliment this, actively looking to purchase property number 2 and grow exponentially 📈 - creating relationships and making an income for investors too!
