Mild-mannered professional nanny by day. 

But don’t let that fool you. 

Behind these shining eyes is a fierce advocate for those who are healing from injustice; and a burning desire to protect others who have been wronged.

Having lived in Haiti for 8 years, Joanne found herself immersed in learning about high corruption firsthand.

But that didn’t stop her from founding a youth orphanage amidst a cholera epidemic, and working tirelessly to facilitate difficult legal adoptions.

Despite being robbed, physically attacked, and threatened - Joanne assisted international authorities to help serve victims of child trafficking before returning to the USA with only $20 to her name.

She has since become a founding member of Young Entrepreneur’s Project (YEP), which empowers the next generation of leaders with effective business training and a limitless growth-mindset.
