Bio

I am a thirteen year salon industry veteran with Salon Rootz & Endz Salon Studios here in Medina, Ohio. I am passionate and driven to educate & innovative to grow profitability. My background is in marketing, e-commerce, SEO, web creation, graphic design and my heart is in the hair industry. Salon Rootz is a 11 time Salon Today Top 200 winner and a 10 time STAMP honoree.

As Operations Officer at Endz Salon Studios my passion is to make a difference coaching the ‘Evolution of an Artist’ from assistant to successful stylist to running your own suite. I believe my dedication to education and technology sets an example that sets my focus to a higher level of success for not only myself, but for the community that’s been entrusted to me.

My other hat of passion is fulfilling the Director of Marketing / Operations Manager at Salon Rootz. Technology drives our systems that create our clients experience from running a deskless fully mobile salon, e-commerce, seo, web creation, graphic design, all things future of ‘what’s next’.

I am a lifelong learner dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge. I love to inspire and come up with strategies that help our team and our businesses grow.
