Jammu & Kashmir Centre for Peace and Justice (JKCPJ) is an organization based in Jammu and Kashmir with an objective to further reinforce efforts globally for promoting peace and social justice. The organization is committed to identify and promote inclusive solutions to a wide range of global concerns including conflict resolution and promoting non-violence. JKCPJ strongly believes that connecting with people at grassroots plays a critical role in identifying and finding solutions to problems that arise out of conflicts and mis-governance. JKCPJ believes in empowering the intelligentsia in a conflict ridden state that can play a good role in researching the root cause of the problems which can eventually be used to develop policies that are aimed at addressing problems and giving solutions. Aside from involving the intelligentsia, JKCPJ believes in the power of youth in finding lasting solutions to political and social problems.
