Jessica is Australia’s first child focused Epigenetic coach.

She is a Social Worker, NLP Master Practitioner and Time Line Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Epigenetic Coach.

Jess began her journey as a Social Worker which led her to explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga for children with special needs and those impacted by trauma. Utilising her unique holistic approach she now supports parents in creating connected relationships with their children through empowering body, mind and spirit processes, and understanding their epigenetic expression and stages of development.

She also hosts luxurious Nourishing Mother’s Retreats all over the world which allow mums to relax and recharge, so they can continue their journey of motherhood with a more calm and positive approach.

Jess has been featured on channel 7, various nationwide magazines and podcasts and has invested over 150k in the unconventional techniques that work to create happy homes for the clients she works with.
