With 20 years experience in the entertainment industry, Jennifer Webster Sciarrino spent the first half of her career in various leadership and executive positions within Artist Management guiding the path of global icons Britney Spears, Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.

In 2011, she followed her entrepreneurial dream and started her own agency, Dew Beauty, representing & developing the careers of makeup artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists and photographers. The majority of the agency’s roster had no previous celebrity experience or a consistent client base prior to joining the agency. With determination, focus and strategy, she has lead the Dew Beauty team to celebrity bookings landing the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Harpers Bazaar along with print & commercial celebrity campaign shoots for Balmain, Revlon, Mastercard, Google, Calvin Klein, MAC Cosmetics, Kate Spade fragrance, KKW fragrance and countless others.

As Dew Beauty celebrates its 10 year anniversary this September, Jennifer has been taking time to reflect on her journey thus far. 2020 was a year that challenged us all in numerous ways. The power of connection and community has taken on new meaning. She looks forward to continued growth, education, evolvement and having mindful discussions surrounding career, the entertainment business, women’s issues, the beauty industry, motherhood, health & wellness and service.

Born and raised in a small town in New England, she currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their 2 children.
