I help people facing life-altering diagnoses to realign with their values so they can move forward with power and purpose despite their circumstances. 💜💜💜

Having navigated cancer with an integrated approach to healing (both natural and conventional treatments), I discovered how challenging it can be to say no to a doctor, to keep the support of family members regardless of treatment approach, and to stay sane and centered through the process. I did not feel I could be helped by a health care provided psychologist as I worried they too would judge my decisions. That is why I am passionate about helping others through this time with a client-centered, non-judgmental approach.

I also help families and supports to better understand what their person is going through and how to best show up for them.

CH goals: I love to contribute mental health knowledge and awareness in clubhouse rooms and would like to collaborate with like-minded professionals and survivors. I am also here to learn about building my private practice authentically and scaling it to help more people.
