Bio

Attorney, innovator, educator, author, and speaker. As a law firm owner, I help individuals and small businesses deal with debt and credit issues. The elephant in the room is that more than 70% of Americans have a debt or credit problem of some sort and everyone thinks they are alone in their struggle. I literally have a stuffed elephant named Bern-a-debt who is our mascot.

I own Lawyer Success Network and love to help other attorneys figure out how to develop innovative practices, services, and products. Going solo doesn’t have to be scary and it can be really amazing and fun. Break free from the billable hour!

Through LSN, I teach lawyers who want to add bankruptcy to their practice how to do that from a practical standpoint. What software do you need? What should your client workflow look like? What are your clients thinking during the process? How do you explain it to them? How do you market yourself to have a profitable practice?
