Dad 👨‍👩‍👦, husband, teacher👨‍🏫, education doctorate, meditation and breath 🧘‍♂️facilitator for all ages. Dr. Jeff is an award winning🏆 Doctor of Education from USC & trained teacher/facilitator for the (NP)Art of Living Foundation 🦢& sister organization IAHV.

I have been in education👨‍🏫 for the past 20 years serving as a Special Education Teacher. Additionally I privately consults with schools and youth organizations regarding implementing IAHV’s SKY Schools breath/meditation program.

I analyzed 👨‍🔬and documented the significant social-emotional and academic benefits over the past 15 years in a number of schools and youth organizations which led him to writing my award winning Doctoral dissertation for USC’s Rossier School of Education in 2015 for his study on ‘The impact of the mindful method Youth Empowerment Seminar (SKY for Schools) on students’ self-efficacy, self-regulation, and academic performance for becoming college-and career-ready’. The study involved over 400 middle school students and found that students’ academic self-regulation and academic performance had a positive significant increase for students who experienced the YES program and continue the stress-relief practices.
