I am a #taxgeek but some also refer to me as the #taxgoddess. I solve problems, resolve tax matters against the IRS, abate penalties, negotiate offers in compromise, and when I’m not resolving tax problems, I’m teaching #you how to resolve them yourself.

I also practice in the area of
Real Estate | Business | Estate Planning | and Probate.

I graduated from The Florida State University College of Law, and then earned my LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.

When I’m not practicing, I’m working on ways to help my community. My recent contribution to the great State of Florida is the The Uniform Partition of #Heirs Property Act and legislation extinguishing racially restrictive covenants.

I love ❤️ helping people. It’s my purpose. So i serve on countless boards, too many accolades 🏆 to name, but my biggest and best accomplishments are my beautiful children 👶 .

My kryptonite is our youth. I can never say no. I have a personal philosophy... “it’s no coincidence that we are all here, all connected to one another, and each one of us has a gift and each one of us has a need, and your neighbor’s gift may be what you need and vice versa, so talk to each other.”
