I’m Jacinta (most people call me Jay). I’m located south of Sydney, Australia, in the beautiful area of the Sutherland Shire.

After 15 years working in banking (Retail and Business), I took a huge leap and followed my passion – writing! At 35 years old, I started my degree at University of Wollongong.
I am passionate about helping you find the right words to tell your business story, all things Business Processes (from Human Resources to Work Health and Safety and your Documentation), and talking all things finance for your business.

I’m a creative: writer, photographer, painter.
I love Sci-Fi and Sci Fantasy (yes, I like *both* Star Wars and Star Trek, just ask me! Please don’t ask about Dr Who though.)
I am a TV and Film nut (just no horror movies, okay?)
Old school gamer, and a bit of an old school computer nut.
I am the Awesome Aunt of two amazing nieces, and 4 fur-nephews and 1 fur-niece.
