I’ve helped structure funding on schemes from just a simple BTL purchase to a highly complex development 48 unit development with a GDV of £50m

Im currently in there process of doing a full renovation of a 2 bed bungalow into a 3 bed with extension with prior approval.

I own a block of 9 apartments on serviced accommodation in Southport that we secured on a PLO.
