So, from former professional soldier to 8-times business founder, I’ve coached and mentored in excess of 1500 executives and business owners on creating high-performance ‘cultures of leadership’, using combat-proven methodologies; trained in excess of 10,000 sales professionals on the psychology of ‘hearts and minds selling’; and in the last 3 years launched 4 separate recruitment brands - each disruptive and fully leveraging predictive-hiring technology and behavioural analytics.

I absolutely subscribe to the idea that the quickest way to become an old dog is to stop learning new tricks. Right now I’m fascinated by AI, machine learning and neuroplasticity.

I’m a no-bullshit kinda guy and at 58 I know that I’ve likely got less time left than I’ve spent, so I am absolutely happy sharing everything I know - especially with the founders of small-but-growing-businesses.
