I’m super passionate about hair, education, mental health and well-being. I love music and have a little flare for playing the piano and belting out my thoughts for the day 😉

Always thinking, always creating, always feeling. Usually on a mindset / well being / mental health journey! I want to talk about that, listen to others and feel our way through it together.
