Jaír currently concluded the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2021, with his World Premier and now Award Winning one person show: “QUEER: Drag, Drugs and a Tick Tock Clock”.
This Solo Performance is about his journey of coming to terms with his Queer identity, and of the ever-raging battle between his inner Angels and Demons. The barrios of a Catholic (South America) Colombia, do not encourage self-expression for those that are different from the status quo. One finds himself desperately looking for self-love, through the art of Drag (female impersonation) and cocaine in the streets of Miami, while the song of a tick tock clock leads one to self-acceptance.
