17 years' experience with leadership expertise in IT / digital strategies, governance, process automation, application & product development in Banking and Insurance domains. Account management experience with leading banks and insurance companies.

Currently, at Persistent, I am helping a big general insurance company, to revamp their IT systems.

Earlier I have:
- Worked with a leading fintech to deliver programs to solve the credit and risk challenges faced by one of the largest banks in India
- Developed solutions for people transformation programs
- Setup and led a 90 member team to deliver an unemployment insurance solution for US state governments
- Managed an IT Infrastructure program, involving 27 different technology teams spread across the globe
- Managed 4 projects as part of a large program, to automate the end-to-end reconciliation for multiple asset classes
- Worked on CYBERLIFE/wMA platforms as solution architect

As a volunteer leader, I have been on the board of PMI Pune-Deccan India Chapter, where I have led Marketing, Communication, Programs and Corporate Outreach portfolios.
