I've been helping people just like you to “feeling better in their bodies” so that they can live life with less stress and overwhelm from one day to the next.

Instead of just coping with life, I'll show you how you can thrive in your life.

WHY ME:
👉After over 20 years in the insurance industry, I decided to leave the industry and the job I loved to stay and be a full-time mom to my third son.

👉During this time, I realized my passion and quickly followed my dream and became a certified life coach.

👉I wanted to make a difference in the world and be apart of the more significant change helping to create the shift in energy in the world by raising the level of consciousness, one person at a time.

👉ACC (ICF), CPC, ELI-MP, CLD, iPEC Certified.

🍣 sushi is my favourite food
🏃‍♀️Ran 7 marathons and over 30 half marathons.
