I am committed to supporting women in recognizing their innermost beauty while teaching them to fully tap into and trust their own intuitive gifts by reconnecting to their Higher Self, their bodies and ultimately, to Source.

With a background in Psychology, Cosmetology, Yoga & the Healing Arts, I am passionate about bridging the gap between inner and outer beauty & supporting women in remembering their inherent value.

I combine energy healing, breathwork, kundalini yoga, meditation, somatic soul embodiment, therapeutic sound and many other modalities to create uniquely curated, transformational experiences in both one on one and group settings.

As a result of our work together, clients have experienced powerful shifts in their mind, body & Spirit connection, which has allowed them take inspired action toward creating the life of their dreams while falling more deeply in love with themselves along the way.

I currently hop between Southern California and Quintana Roo, Mexico.
