I am on a healing journey after 4 decades of difficult trauma that led to managing complex mental illness. I have spent 13 years changing a poor belief system and have finally removed shame.

I manage complex mental illness every day, I do work that helps me heal every day and this has led to me facilitating online places where others may be able to follow their own healing journey.

I have learned to love myself, accepting that healing is a continuous and every day journey and that by speaking up, I reduce the dis ease and other illness.

I create spaces where people are able to discuss topics without being told what to do, have unsolicited advice or are sold products.  I hold space for people to speak up and be heard.

I have supported many people on Clubhouse so that they may be able to facilitate their own Rooms and know how to moderate or lead a room. 

I open Rooms when I feel called to do so and at irregular times and days.  Please respect my time and energy when I enter your Room and do not Moderate me without permission.

𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁

I accept that difficult behaviours led me to making poor decisions in my life and I take responsibility for this.  I spent 8 months in prison for a crime that I did not commit, I do take responsibility for what I know to be true and accept that this is part of my life and healing.
