Born in Ukraine, grew up with OCD.
For a long time, I didnโt have access to mental healthcare, so I learned to hide my OCD rituals. This made me feel like I was living two livesโand showed me the pain of not being able to live authentically.
๐ง At the same time, I knew at the core of my being, that I could re-wire my own brain. I have been learning, studying and doing just that for over 15 years.
๐ฅ Doing 1,000s of hours of OCD rituals has made me uniquely qualified to spot behavioral Blindspots like none other โ because I actually know what itโs like to find and break a deep-seeded pattern.
๐งฌ This is why Iโm deeply passionate about generational healing, re-writing and re-negotiating trauma, and taking quantum leaps into new possibilities.
๐ Every part of my being is inspired to help people live authentically, and from a place of true alignment โ so they can make the impact theyโre meant to make in this world.
