Truth be told... Most of my success stemmed from childhood trauma, where I experienced PTSD and lost my sense of self and began hiding, pretending and surviving through life by the age of 10, living in a constant state of underlying anxiety which led me to rehab by 17. Fragmented and broken, with my true self buried, I stuffed everything down and the surviving took over to take, consume & succeed as much as possible, never letting anyone get to close, because nothing was safe. This survival mindset ran me until my Father died in 2008 which is when my healing journey began. It’s now been 13+ years of healing trauma, putting myself back together, finding my truth, evolving, growing, connecting, expanding, becoming whole, creating safety within, living fully in my heart, body and cultivating a life of belonging, connection & presence.
