Bio

Hi I’m Isaac! I’m a scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿operatic bass baritone at the beginning of my career, trying to find ways to grow as a performer, musician and person while living in London through COVID.

I’m coming to the end of a 7 year bachelor’s (round of applause please) in music, studying orchestral trumpet in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 Aarhus 🇩🇰 and ending up finding happiness studying singing at the Royal Academy of Music, London, 🇬🇧 where I graduate this summer.

I’m a frequent recitalist, soloist and love collaborating with early music specialists and pianists. I’m trying to get used to the world of live streaming and bringing classical/ western art music to social media in my own way, but nothing beats a live audience.

I love languages, travel and learning about people’s cultures, especially through food and music.

I’m a keen advocate for mental health in music, and love discussions about how to be vocally, physically and mentally healthy.
