WHO AM I?
I am a meteorologist/weather forecaster, now immersing myself into the science policy world. I am a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and accessibility in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and I enjoy outreach and mentoring opportunities to inspire, educate and shape the next generation of STEM leaders through my Weather Reach initiative.

I am the founder and leader, (also a dancer and instructor) of the organization Semilla Cultural, dedicated to preserving and promoting the traditional Afro-Puerto Rican genre of bomba through classes, workshops, performances, lectures and social events. 

I love to find connections between sciences and the arts, and in the practices within these fields.
