Key Professional Accomplishments: Under the mentorship of Jim Bound and Dr Vint Cerf, designed and built with University of New Hampshire Interoperability Lab, the first IPv6 interoperable delay tolerant network lab with command and control functions in Sacramento California to help first responders communicate via LMROIP NEMO units to be used during natural disasters (flood, fire, infrastructure failures).
