Bio

As CEO of my own consulting business http://pulcinelliconsulting.com I have cross-border experience working with oversea companies seeking to do business in the US where I live since 2011. I am currently open to work with US companies having interests in EU countries.
As an attorney licensed in Italy (member of the Viterbo Bar Association since 2003), I have a solid knowledge of legal matters such as developing and interpreting contracts as well as complying with EU and US rules and regulations. I built-up my legal skills providing multinational Fortune 500 based in the US and doing business in Europe with legal, regulatory and compliance advice in several fields of Italian, European and international law. I am a strategic problem solver who adheres to tight deadlines and used to work with resources and budget limitations.
I am a proud alumni of the State University of Perugia where I graduated in Jurisprudence.
