Cercetând de mulți ani cine sunt eu, mi-am stabilit un anumit mod de viață, care include:

- antrenament zilnic și maraton de alergare la fiecare 2 zile (câte 21 km)🏃🏻‍♂️
- studiul nutriției și exercițiului pentru longevitate
- o minte sănătoasă🧘🏻‍♂️
- echilibru în toate - nutriție (suntem ceea ce mâncăm), sănătate, poziție socială
- un accent pe prevenire (este mai bine să preveniți ceva decât să faceți față consecințelor).

Testez toate acestea pe mine și sunt gata să vă împărtășesc experiența mea.
