🌀I’m a passionate naturalist and artist. I offer insight into the interconnectedness of the nature outside and inside of ourselves. Namely through the cycles of menstruation, sun and moon. Daily awareness of the phase we are in supports our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing in miraculous ways as we journey towards a new world order.

The cycles and seasons are calling us home to the wisdom of our body as sovereign beings and guardians of this beautiful planet. My mission is to reawaken our sensory instincts and restore our relationship with the beauty and creativity of the natural world that sustains us.
