My name is Michelle and I am in the process of creating my next part of my life journey!

I had to medically retire from a beloved 30 year career as a Registered Dental Hygienist and College Professor of Dental Hygiene due to development of Viral Heart Failure in 2013. I was 45 and am now permanently disabled, receiving SSDI.

Broke my already “broken” heart 💔

It took almost 6 years of working with my trusted Mental Healthcare Providers, my husband, and family before I could say to myself, “I’m still worthy of being alive.”
