Hi. I am Indrek, Indrek from Estonia. I am an entrepreneur whose passion and skills lie in helping others grow. But it wasn’t always this way.

While growing up, I just wanted a regular job with routine and stability. It seemed an easy way to make a living. But over time, I realized that this was no way to grow and develop.

So as part of a start-up hackathon in 2014 here in Estonia, my team, Sorry as a Service, attended two different start-up accelerators. One was Techstars London, which accepts 1% of startups that apply.

To be sure, we weren’t instant tech stars, having come close to going bankrupt more than once and experiencing other “fun” moments. Then things started to change and near the middle of 2019, we sold the company and turned a nice profit.

But money wasn’t the only reward. As the person responsible for the sale, I learned a lot, primarily the value of open communication and maintaining a positive mindset. Furthermore, I realized my mission.
I want to facilitate the development of people and companies. That is why I mentor start-ups, study coaching.
