Ivan inspires and professionally develops peoples’ potential enabling them to design their best way of work and life.
He is the first Slovak Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, combining his experience of early adopter (since 1999) of strengths philosophy with the experience of C-level management in global environment.
He has been founding member of the Business Alliance of Slovakia who aims for improvement of business environment within the country. Currently he serves as its President.
While acting also as consultant, Ivan's focus today is primarily on coaching as he is convinced that this is the field where his strengths can be most productively applied. While he typically starts with strengths coaching, Ivan’s coaching approach is holistical and includes number of other frameworks and tools.
Ivan's focus is on companies and organizations in which managers and leaders sincerely believe that people are their most important assets. He is convinced that given the highly competitive labor market employees’ performance and satisfaction are the key success factors.
Ivan is distribution partner of British companies Get Spence a 5next, who provide trainings and solutions in the fields of negotiation skills and business development. He also collaborates with Jeffrey Wallk of The Value Enablement Group LLC and Owen Fernandes of Bridge2Excell Academy.
